I view
programming as brand management, on and off the air. Over the
years I have programmed and worked in a wide range of formats including CHR,
AOR, Oldies, AC, News, and Talk. As a corporate VP of Programming, I had to
have
an ear for all formats. As a researcher, I have always linked findings with
real-world positioning, marketing, and program
recommendations.

I
have conducted over 3,000 focus groups and thousands of telephone
studies and online studies. Academic credentials include a Masters in
Mass Media and Broadcast Journalism and a PhD in Communication. I believe
in taking a 360° approach to researching your station from perceptuals
and focus groups to the testing of positioning, talent, music, promotional
materials, and even web usability tests.
